A 400 m² single-family residence set on a site immersed in Nicaragua’s tropical jungle, with views toward Playa Manzanillo bay. The project is articulated as a sequence of platforms and restrained volumes that adapt to the topography, opening domestic life toward the landscape, shade, and the ocean horizon.
