A building conceived as an access and connective element within the complex, functioning simultaneously as a bridge, threshold, and operational headquarters for the Arsenal offices in London. Designed at HOK, the project lifts a volume above the tracks to articulate multiple levels of access, transforming a piece of circulation infrastructure into an architecture with a distinct institutional identity. More than a pedestrian passage, it is envisioned as an inhabited structure that integrates movement and workspace, expressed through a contemporary industrial language that positions it as a landmark within the urban environment.
